Switching to Xero
Xero allows you to run your business from anywhere using any internet-connected device with real-time access to bank balances. Invoices can be raised when you are out and about, and with multiple users accessing Xero, it spreads the workload, and allows you to collaborate more easily with your accountant at year-end.
Migration & Integration
We can make the transition to Xero as seamless as possible, transferring historic data from your existing package, meaning that you can continue with business as normal. We can also help to make your daily finance tasks more automated, with the integration of other packages such as GoCardLess.
Set-up & Training
We can further set-up Xero so that you can have customised invoices and statement templates, activating the system to allow MTD VAT and CIS return submissions, or setting up the project management module. We offer a full training package, either face-to-face or remotely, and can offer step-by-step guidance to ensure that you use your new system in the most effective and efficient manner.
Bookkeeping
We offer varying levels of support. Our bookkeepers can provide a full bookkeeping service for you (including credit control, payment runs, bank reconciliation and more), in a prompt and professional manner, freeing up your time to focus on growing your business. We also manage your VAT returns and HMRC obligations, and through Xero, full project management support. If you are comfortable handling the bookkeeping yourself, we can support on an ad hoc basis if things go wrong or you need some extra help at busy times.
